For standard models (HZS25-HZS90), production time is typically 15-20 days. Large capacity or customized plants (HZS120+) usually take 25-30 days. We keep stock of key components to expedite delivery.

Do you provide installation services overseas?

Yes, absolutely. We have a dedicated team of overseas installation engineers. We can send 1-2 engineers to your site to guide installation, commissioning, and train your local operators. You are responsible for their visa, round-trip tickets, and accommodation.

What is the warranty period?

We offer a 12-month warranty on the main structure and key components (excluding wear parts) starting from the date of successful installation. We provide lifetime technical support and spare parts supply.

Can you customize the plant layout for my specific site?

Yes. Our engineering team uses CAD/SolidWorks to design a custom layout based on your land shape, entrance/exit points, and material storage needs. This service is free of charge during the quotation phase.

How do you ensure the machine fits in shipping containers?

Our equipment uses a modular design specifically engineered for container transport. Large structural parts are bolted rather than welded to minimize volume and shipping costs. We provide a detailed packing list and loading diagram.
